This is very unhealthy and also confuses your body. Another problem with confusion and yo-yo-ing, is it creates stress in your body, mind, and life. Emotional stress can be extremely hard on your body. It triggers a hormone release of cortisol, which in turn slows metabolism and can wreak havoc on other organs and hormones as well.
